Registration will take place using the eTech Ohio Course Management Tool, which requires a Hall Pass account. Registrants will need to login with an existing Hall Pass account or create a new account to begin the registration process. Due to registration limits, there may be a limit to the number of participants enrolled, per district.

Program Description

eTech Ohio offers online professional development courses for all Ohio PK-20 educators and professionals.
If you are not certain whether you would be a good candidate for an online course, take the questionnaire: Should I Take an Online Learning Opportunity?

Expectations

Participants should anticipate spending approximately three-four hours per week on the courses. Graduate credit and certificates of participation will be given for each online course. Each course will run from three to twenty weeks depending upon the content. Please access the Course Catalog for course descriptions, length of course and eligible participants.

Technical Requirements

Macintosh OS 10.2 or higher or Windows 2000 or XP. Internet Explorer, Firefox and Netscape are supported. Safari is not a supported web browser.

Current eLearning Course Participants

Participants in eTech Ohio's eLearning courses should receive their Learning Management System user account information one week prior to the beginning of the course.
- If you do not know your password, you can use the Forgot Password functionality of our Learning Management System (not Hall Pass) to have your password sent to you via email.
- If you do not know your username, view your Hall Pass profile under Personal Information.

Required books and other resources for courses may be obtained by contacting eLearning@etech.ohio.gov. Materials will be mailed two weeks prior to the start of the course.
